Today, I received my comp copy of the upcoming issue of Art Doll Quarterly. Those cheerful folk on the cover are my work. ( I cried when I saw them; I was so tickled.) I'll be teaching classes related to my figural pieces at two venues this year- Art & Soul Asilomar (held in one of the most beautiful venue locales) in May and Valley Ridge Art Studio (located in the lovely rolling green pastures of Wisconsin) in September. Come and sculpt some stories of your own. More examples can be found here.
Congratulations!
p.s. and thank you for opening your heart about your happiness, tears for a sweet thing!

Many thanks for your inspiring work and your way of looking at things. Your dolls look amazing ...no surprise that two of them appear on the cover of Art Doll.
P.S. I posted a review of True Vision to my blog yesterday. I've already read it once and I'm about to do it again.

Oh wow! These are stunning, and stunningly original! I'm thrilled to see them. Thank you for giving us a peek, LK. And they function as puppets also?

Congratulations! How exciting to be on the Cover! What an honor! How cool that they are little paintings and stories and story tellers all at once! I devoured the article as I am a doll and puppet maker myself! I can only hope to achieve what you have accomplished! Hats off to you! Here is to many more years of wonderful creations! xoxo Sheri DeBow
